PLENARY SESSIONS
The morning
will offer the opportunity to discover what the others are doing
and will provide an overall idea of the cluster performance. The
project presentations, 15 minutes, should focus on the last year's
achievements. Here, projects should share information with other
projects, aiming at helping each other at achieving the common goal.
We believe 15 minutes should be enough to present the main results
of the research, avoiding going deeply into detail that cannot
be appreciated by others who are not necessarily specialists in
the same area.

Costs
that you will incur will be for flights and hotel accommodation only.
Project members being
reviewed should charge their travel and accommodation to their project.
Reviewers costs will be handled by the EC (please see Paolo Malinverni).

attend a QUIPROCONE dinner for all review participants at La Capitainerie
Restaurant inside the Chateau of Chantilly on Thursday 28th February (paid
for by QUIPROCONE
so at no extra cost to yourself). Please indicate if you will be attending
on your registration form.

Roissy Charles de Gaulle Intl airport: (20-30 mins
drive). Join the motorway A1 in the direction of LILLE; exit at N°8 towards
SENLIS and follow directions to CREIL. On the RN 330, follow the directions
to D606 APREMONT (on the left) and VINEUIL ST FIRMIN. You will head towards
signs on the left for Golf D'Apremont. Dolce Chantilly is very close to
this and there are directions to the venue.
Orly Intl airport: (45 mins drive). Join the motorway
A1 in the direction of LILLE; exit at N°8 towards SENLIS and follow directions
to CREIL. On the RN 330, follow the directions to D606 APREMONT (on the
left) and VINEUIL ST FIRMIN. You will pass signs on the left for Golf
D'Apremont. Dolce Chantilly is very close to this and there are directions
to the venue.
Beauvais-Tillé-Airport: (35 mins). Follow direction CLERMONT on the RN
31, follow CRETIL on the RN16, APREMONT on the RN 330, follow VINEUIL
ST FIRMIN.

From Paris Gare du Nord: Direction of Orry La Ville-Chantilly; stop at

will be approximately 61 Euros.
Taxis are readily available at the airport however some may not like
trips to Chantilly as they will only receive a fare one-way. It is advised
that you order a taxi in advance by contacting Julie Breteche at Dolce
Chantilly's Business Centre on 00 33 3 44 58 37 61 giving details
of where you are flying from, the flight number and time of arrival plus
the number of passengers if you will be arriving as a group. It is also
possible to contact the taxi company (Les Taxis Julien) directly on 00
33 3 44 71 83 58 if you wish.
